Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication can order a repeat prescription in the following ways:

  • In person - tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form and hand it in to reception
  • By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want it posted back to you.
  • Online with Patient Access via the link at the top of this page (please ask reception for details on how to sign up for this service)
  • Via a chemist - some local chemists have a collection and delivery service available.

Prescription requests must be submitted in writing to the Practice. Alternatively you can contact your Pharmacist to make the request on your behalf.

Please note that we will only fax prescriptions to pharmacies if the need is clinically urgent
